Patents on the Industrial Designs
The list the documents, which are necessary for application for an industrial design:
- Photos or drawings of an industrial design:
- photos 13 х 18 sm of general view, or, more preferably, 18 х 24 sm (photos of the smaller size for small objects are possible), or drawings of general views in А4 format (6 copies)
- photos or drawings of each other kind (2 copies of each kind),
- a description of an industrial design (can be prepared by our Agency).
- Information, which is necessary for application:
- a full name (a full name for physical persons), A country of registration (for physical persons - a country of residing), an address of the applicant,
- a full name, a country of residing, a address of the author(s),
- A certified copy of the priority document (if the conventional priority is declared),
- A document, which confirms participation in an exhibition (if the exhibition priority is declared),
- A power of attorney the patent attorney on representation of interests of the applicant in corresponding establishments.
